A unique and brilliant idea conceived by our founder, an airline flight attendant, who witnessed firsthand the hundreds of packages sitting on front porches and front doors just waiting to be stolen. One day in 2017 the idea of The Package Portal came to her and, like many others with extra time during the Covid lockdown, she worked on perfecting her idea, getting it designed and patented.
